The project manager was a nice person. He did everything he committed to me in our agreement of the roof installation. He returned every call punctually and kept in constant contact during the entire installation process. He indicated a final follow-up inspection after the installation and he did indeed come back to my property as promised.

I called JHS to come and look at my roof, we scheduled a time for him to come by and he was there when he said he would be. He worked with the adjuster and got the roof approved for replacement. We scheduled the date for them to put on the new roof. I got home and the roof was complete and you couldn't tell anyone had been there. They made the process very easy for us
